Refund policy

Effective September 4, 2026.

Digital products

Because digital files are made available after payment, digital-product sales are generally final. Contact us within seven days for a duplicate charge, a corrupted file, or a delivery problem we cannot correct.

Resume Lab services

Before work begins, a service order may be cancelled for a refund less nonrefundable payment-processing fees, if applicable. After intake review or substantive work begins, completed work is nonrefundable. If MedTech Pivot cannot perform the purchased service, the unperformed portion will be refunded.
