Privacy policy

Information collected

Wix and its payment providers process checkout, contact, and transaction information. MedTech Pivot receives information needed to deliver purchases, respond to support requests, and perform purchased services.

Resume materials

Resume Lab clients may provide resumes, job descriptions, and career history. Do not provide protected health information, patient identifiers, confidential employer material, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Use and retention

Information is used to complete orders, perform services, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Resume materials are not sold. Service files may be retained for quality, revision, and recordkeeping purposes, then deleted when no longer reasonably needed.

Requests

For access, correction, or deletion questions, email questions@medtech-pivot.com. Some records may be retained when required for tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal obligations.
